Dr Vivek Varshney is a senior technology and business leader with over 34 years of global experience across Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise IT.
An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, he holds a Global Doctor of Business Administration in Artificial Intelligence from the Swiss School of Business and Management, Geneva. His doctoral research focused on AI-Driven Talent Matching: Enhancing Recruitment Efficiency and Accuracy.
Throughout his career, Dr. Varshney has led large-scale transformation and business initiatives across government, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors. His experience includes leadership roles with organizations such as UST, Wipro, Oracle, Siemens, Bharti Airtel, and Nokia, as well as entrepreneurial ventures where he has served as a Founder and CEO.

SBL Sharma is a seasoned IT and Telecommunications leader with 40 years of international experience across India, North America, Europe, and the Middle East. He brings extensive expertise in resource fulfilment, large-scale program management, technology transformation, product engineering, and operations excellence.
His career includes leadership roles with organizations such as Ericsson, Perot Systems, and Electronic Corporation of India Limited (ECIL). At Ericsson, he led major telecommunications transformation and Network Operations Centre initiatives, including resource, tools, process, and operations transitions. His experience at Perot Systems covered telecommunications delivery, product management, pre-sales, business development, and key account management across India, Europe, the Middle East, and the United States.
As a Co-Founder of ConverBiz Technologies and GoMark.ai, SBL Sharma combines entrepreneurial leadership with deep delivery expertise. His current focus includes strategy, planning, partner networks, fulfilment, and systems, helping build scalable and effective approaches to technology and talent delivery.
